Overall, love those games and they’re good at what they do. Deceptively, the gameplay in Hell Let Loose stands apart from other war shooters by having you directly controlling a small squad while coordinating with other squads in 50 vs. I overall remember those games more infantry focused too. Those games also had 64 player servers and smaller maps. I do remember red orchestra punishing you if your stamina was low and it effected your weapon control. I think HLL takes a lot of inspiration from those games and takes it up a notch. I have a sweet spot for Trip Wires WW2/Vietnam mil sim games since that’s where I started.
